3CFCA announces 2025 All-State Teams, End of Year Awards
LOS ANGELES, Calif – The California Community College Fastpitch Coaches Association has announced the 2025 All-State teams, Players, Pitchers, and Coaches of the Year awards.
Eighteen players from the North and 18 players from the South make up the All-State teams. Fifteen players from the North and 15 players from the South make up the All-Northern and All-Southern teams.
NORCAL END OF THE YEAR AWARDS
Evangelina Chavarria earns the North’s Player of the Year honors. The sophomore from San Jose City led the Jaguars to a 32-7 record and 9-5 mark in Coast Conference play. She posted a 1.54 ERA across 145.1 innings pitched, striking out 75 hitters. In the batter’s box, Chavarria hit .481 with a .559 OBP and .774 slugging – marks that were fourth-best among hitters with at least 100 at bats on the season.
Danni Farris is the North’s Pitcher of the Year. The sophomore from Yuba had a stellar season, racking up two 3CFCA Player/Pitcher of the Week nods, a no-hitter and a Golden Valley-best 33-6-1 record, cruising through conference play at 18-0. Farris led the conference in nearly every pitching category, was second in the state in ERA – 1.03 – third in strikeouts – 190 – and fifth in wins – 21.
Brian Seva of Yuba College earned the North’s Coach of the Year nod. Seva and the niners improved by 11 wins from 2024 to 2025 and closed the regular season with a state-best 21-game winning streak.
SOUTH END OF THE YEAR AWARDS
Breanna Lutz, the state’s top hitter with an average near .600, receives the South’s Player of the Year honors. Lutz hit a California-best .571. She led the state in hits, total bases and on-base percentage. She posted 24 multi-hit games across 38 games played and sits at third in the state’s RBI leaderboard with 54.
Lexi Ramirez of El Camino is the South’s Pitcher of the Year. The sophomore logged 181 innings in the circle for the Warriors in 2025. She picked up the second-most wins in the state at 24, striking out 173 batters along the way – fifth in the state. Ramirez sports a 1.20 ERA.
Palomar’s Lacey Craft is the South’s Coach of the Year. Craft and the Comets finished the regular season at 36-3 and hold the South’s third seed in the tournament. They host Canyons in the first round. Palomar held the South’s top spot in the 3CFCA Coaches’ Poll for eight consecutive weeks, finishing the season ranked No. 1 in the state.
