It was another incredibly dominant week for Kaputikyan after netting 23 goals in four wins over five games for the Monarchs. He scored three or more goals in each game highlighted by a seven-goal outburst in a win over Grossmont. He followed with a six-goal showing in a two-score victory over No. 4 Long Beach. On top of his offensive prowess, he pocketed 20 steals, dished out 11 assists and drew three ejections. He currently ranks second in the state with 88 steals and fifth in the state with 67 goals.
Liberty "Libby" Hamilton
Merced Blue Devils
Hamilton experienced a strong week of play leading the Blue Devils to a three wins. She netted 16 total goals over the span of five games. Her efforts were highlighted by a pair of five goal games coming in wins over Diablo Valley and a one-goal victory over No. 9 Ventura. She is currently ranks in the top five in the state with 47 goals, 44 steals, 83 shots and 73 points. She has scored at least one goal in 10 of the last 11 games and has recorded at least one steal in every game this season.
