Mt. SAC Scores Big at SoCal Multis

San Luis Obispo, Calif. - Freshman Taiyo Ishiguro, sophomore Jadan Williams, and and freshman Kase Schaffeld combined for 19 team points on Wednesday at the SoCal Regional Multis in the decathlon.
Ishiguro registered a personal best 6668 to take the top spot with a dominating throw of 60.76 meters in the javelin. He bested El Camino's Gunner Perez, who racked up 6383, just edging out Mt. SAC's sophomore Jadan Williams', who finished third with 6371.
The NorCal Regional Multis will take place on April 7-8 at Hartnell College with full regional championship action picking back up with the NorCal Championship Trials on May 1 at Santa Rosa Junior College and SoCal Championship Trials on May 2 at Bakersfield College.
