SANTA CRUZ - Men’s water polo titans, No. 1 Golden West and No. 2 West Valley, staged an epic battle last weekend, with the Rustlers recording a last-second 10-9 win over the Vikings. The two traditional powers stay firmly atop the CCCWPCA Men’s Top Ten, followed by American River, which trades places with No. 4 Cuesta. On the women’s side, No. 1 Long Beach City and No. 2 Santa Barbara City stay on top, followed by, intriguingly, American River and Cuesta.
Cuesta (men) and Mt. San Antonio (women) are hosting tournaments this weekend, with many of the top teams taking on each other.
The CCCWPCA is posting, for the first time in 2025, regional rankings.
