NORCAL RUNNERS OF THE WEEK #9
Stephan Chapdelaine (Butte College)
Won the Northern California Championship running an outstanding 20:16 at Woodward Park. His performance was a 44 second personal best on the course and Chapdelaine moved up from second as a freshman. He's been undefeated against all Norcal competition heading into next week's State Championship at Woodward Park. Chapdelaine will look to become Butte College's first state champion since 2005 when Oscar Uribe achieved the feat.

Ericka Dorn (College of San Mateo)
Like Chapdelaine, Dorn remained undefeated against all Norcal competition in winning the Norcal women's title. Dorn posted a time of 18:23 over the Woodward Park 5k layout in winning, a personal best by 23 seconds. She was third at last year's Norcal Championship and becomes CSM's second ever regional champion.

SOCAL RUNNERS OF THE WEEK #9
Maya Natarajan (Moorpark College)
Won her first Socal Regional title after placing 13th as a freshman. Natarajan, who did not run at the Manny Bautista Invitational earlier in the season, won by 9 seconds in 17:46 over the 5k course at NTS Liberty Park. Natarajan was 16th at last year's 3C2A State Championship but looks ready to join Moorpark's last State Champion Sophia Cortina as recent winners for the Raiders.

White used a strong move from 1.5 miles to 3 miles to break away and eventually win in 19:56 on the 4 mile course. White was seventh at last year's Socal Championship and fourteenth at the state championship. Moorpark will send two potential contenders for the overall win at next week's championship.
