Citrus College dropped a 2-0 loss to Antelope Valley College Friday night under the lights.
The Owls slip to 2-13-2 overall, 0-4-2 in the Western State Conference-South, with the loss. The Marauders improve to 10-3-5 on the year and 3-1-3 in conference.
Luis Chavez Esparza and Takechika Ito each put shots on frame for the Owls but couldn't find the back of the net.
Citrus has two games left in the season, hosting Bakersfield College on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m.
