The Sacramento City College Panthers were able to avenge last week loss on the road at Santa Rosa 3-0 (25-15, 25-20, 25-22) yesterday at SRJC in the first round of the state playoffs.

 

On the road the Panthers were led by sophomore MH/OH (#9) Madyson Taylor who had 6 kills with 4 digs, 4 blocks shots, and 20 total attacks. Sophomore OH (#13) Katie Haley had 13 kills with 3 digs and 31 total attacks. Freshman S (#5) Kassidy Rauh led the team with 27 assists with 5 digs and 1 block shot. Freshman OH (#4) Samantha Kepler finished with 8 kills, 13 digs with 1 block shot and 22 total attacks.

 

The (19-9) Sac City Panthers the #9 seed will face (24-1) Cabrillo the #1 seed in the second round of the playoffs this Saturday November 28th at 7 PM.  Go Panthers!
