The West Valley tennis team stayed unbeaten in the Coast with a hard-fought 5-4 win over visiting City College of San Francisco. WVC (3-1, 3-0 Coast) grabbed a 2-1 lead after doubles and Brynn McKenzie clinched the team win with a 6-3, 6-3 singles victory an hour later.

Allison Bartlett and Lindsay Lee both captured victories in doubles and singles. Abigail Prokter teamed with Lee to win a tough doubles (D1) contest, but was forced by injury to retire in her S1 match, her first Coast loss in after an impressive 15 consecutive singles wins spanning two seasons.
