Cosumnes River will play Modesto for the tournament title at 5 p.m. Saturday. Cosumnes defeated Redwoods 100-92 in one semifinal game Friday, while Modesto topped Lassen 92-90.
The Hawks' next game is Dec. 3 against Sequoias at 6 p.m. in the first round of the Diablo Valley Tournament in Pleasant Hill. Sequoias beat LPC in the opening round of the Northern California playoffs last season.
