RIVERSIDE - Make that four-consecutive weeks at the top of the California Community College Sports Information Association (CCCSIA) for Lake Tahoe as they continue to prove to be the team to beat. No. Fresno City sits tight, while No. 3 Cypress returns to the top three.
Lake Tahoe continues to remain undefeated after riding a five-game winning streak that has stretched into conference play. They have outscored their conference opponents 19-0 in the victories.
No. 6 Folsom Lake drops out of the top three after falling to No. Sierra, 3-2, in a conference contest. Folsom Lake sent home the equalizer late in the second half, but Sierra responded in the 82nd minute with the go ahead goal in what shaped up to be the game-winner.
No. 9 Rio Hondo jumps back into the top-10 after falling just short the previous week. No. 13 Chaffey falls out of the top 10, but remains in the top-15 for the third-straight week. No. 19 Modesto returns after falling out of the top-10 next week, pushing Santa Monica out of the rankings. No. 17 Long Beach and No. 18 West Hills Lemoore move up after being tied for the final spot.
