Notes- Cuesta Women's Water Polo went 1-1 on the second day of the 17th Rabobank Tournament and landed in 5th place in the nine team tournament. The Cougars opened the day with a victory over Long Beach City, 10-8, but then fell to Western State Conference rival Santa Barbara, 12-10, which marked the first time the Vaqueros have beaten the Cougars, The two conference foes will re-play the game this Wednesday (5:30) in Santa Barbara as part of there Western State Conference schedule. It was a big day for the Cougars' sophomores. 2014 All-WSC First Teamer Emily Crane (pict) dished out six assists on the day and set a new Cuesta single season record, which was set in 2007 by Laura Oneto (45), with 47 assists this season. Crane, who had 34 assists as a freshman in 2014, is now only three assists away from Oneto's career record of 84. 2014 All-WSC Honorable Mention selection Sam Baker (pict) has settled into the goal this season and posted 21 saves on the day, including a dozen blocks in the Cougars loss to Santa Barbara City.

Notes2- Golden West beat both Orange Empire Conference rivals Riverside and Fullerton in the title round to claim first place. 2014 CCCAA State Champion Fullerton entered the day riding a 47-game winning streak, but fell to both the Champion Rustlers and Runner-Up Riverside to land in third place.
