Cosumnes River (1-2) faced Los Medanos College (0-3) in the final day of the Hawks home tournament, looking to get their first win of the season. The Hawks came out strong with a positive showing from sophmore guard Arionna Butts, who finished the game with 18 points and four assists. The game was dictated on the defensive end from the Hawks who got out to an early lead after they were able to force turnovers.

The bench of Cosumnes River showed up big in the game as freshman DezRhianna King pulled down 10 rebounds to go along with 8 points. Freshmans Nevaeh Glaindo added 9 points as she shot 50% from the 3 point line. The Hawks took a comanding lead, as they got help from everyone on the team maintaining it. 

Cosumnes River looks to grab another win Wednesday, November 13th as they play Hartnell at home.
