SAN DIEGO — The Grossmont College Women's Water Polo team faced San Diego Mesa on Wednesday in a Pacific Coast Athletic Conference match and lost 8-3. 

While the team did lose, the team morale seems to still be high. "We always keep really good morale," freshman Avery Easley said after the match in which she scored a goal in. "We always stick together as a team, we don't let losses get in the way." 

"We're going to improve every day and come back and fight hard in the tournament at Southwestern next weekend" Easley said.
