Beach Volleyball Suffers Pair of Defeats to Open Season

IRVINE, Calif. --- El Camino College opened the 2022 beach volleyball season with a pair of losses to Irvine Valley and MiraCosta on Friday at Irvine Valley College.

The Warriors failed to record a win against the host Lasers but had a chance to come home with a split as they were tied at two games apiece against MiraCosta. It came down to the game between the No. 4 pairs and the Warriors came up just short.

The team will return to action on Thursday with their 2022 home opener against Orange Coast. First serve is set for noon at the ECC Sand Courts.
