After a clean sweep the day before, the MiraCosta women's beach volleyball team continued their trek North to compete against CSU Bakersfield and Gavilan College.  The Spartans, still undefeated against community college teams, swept Gavilan (5-0) and had a strong showing against division one opponent CSU Bakersfield. 

The 2's duo of Madeleine Alper and Mailia Sellers defeated CSUB in three games and the 4's team of Roni Long and Cady Delay lost a close match that went to a third game and finished with a final score of 18-16. 

The Spartans will start Pacific Coast Athletic Conference plan on Friday March 17th at SD Mesa College in a 3-way match against SD Mesa College and Palomar College.
