Cubs gets their first tie of the season against College of the Desert

The match was an offensive battle and keep everyone attending on the edge of their seat. From one goal to another every move of the game had everyone's eyes glued to the field. The LACC cubs started off the match strong, unfortunately, College of the Desert was able to get the first goal. That however did not stop our ladies from giving it all they got for the rest of the game. LACC's Audrie Becerra was able to get 2 goals in the back of the net giving LACC a 2-1 lead. Quickly after, the Roadrunners scored 2 goals, ending the first half 3-2. LACC returned to the second half determined to finish the game strong. LACC's Isabella Velazco scored off a free kick and shortly after Anissa Mejia scored a goal for the lady cubs. With 3  minutes remaining of the game, College of the Desert was able to get the last goal , making the final score a draw of 4-4. The lady cubs came off the field with high energy knowing they had a great battle. Now we are preparing for our match on Tuesday, September 13^th  at WEST LA.
