Stockton, Calif. - Three Falcon women's basketball players scored in double-figures to lead Solano as it edged Merritt, 56-54, on Saturday afternoon in the second round of the Jocelyn Mancebo Classic, hosted by San Joaquin Delta.

Freshman Jada Scott led all scorers with 19 points, adding eight rebounds, two assists, and seven steals. Sophomore Sierra Chapman backed her up with 14 points, six boards, and two steals, while sophomore Kameron Hatcher posted an 11 point, eight rebound, and three steal performance. Sophomore Elizabeth Martinez also added eight rebounds.

The women's basketball team (1-1) will face Sacramento City on Sunday, Nov. 4 at 12 p.m. in the consolation championship title.
