Folsom, Calif -- The Hawks (7-8, 1-2) looked to bounce back against the skidding Folsom Lake College Falcons (3-12, 0-3), but FLC was desperate for a win as well. The last few games, CRC has struggled to lock down their opponent defensively and has given up an average of 75.6 points per game.

The Hawks took an early 11-4 lead, but then gave up a 13-0 run to the Falcons and played from behind the rest of the way. CRC got as close as 6 points but couldn't find a consistent groove in this contest. Giving up 11 made 3-point shots made it tough.

Team leading scorer Adam Orr, who averages 19.5 points per game, was held to 9 points on this evening. Freshman forward Christian Hough continues to have a consistently productive season for the Hawks and finished the game with his 3^rd double-double of the season collecting 24 points and 13 rebounds. Sophomore guard Terrell Garner has also had a nice season thus far and grabbed 15 points, 3 rebounds, and 4 assists.

Road woes continued for CRC as they lost 87-76 to Folsom Lake.

The Hawks conclude Big8 conference play this week with a return home to face Diablo Valley on Saturday.
