In the first preseason match of the season, the Beavers were in complete control against the Falcons from Folsom Lake College. The Falcons were shorthanded without their top player, Daniel Alves, and the Beavers took full advantage, not losing a single set in the dual-match. Highlights included Younes Kodiji winning a hard fought match against Stephen Morley at #1 singles and Sam Hall (#2), Micah Erwin (#3), and Tommy Luu (#4) losing a combined single game. In addition, Archie Ghasemi (#5) and Kaison Lum (#6) stepped won their first matches for the Beavers. ARC will travel to Shasta College on Friday, February 22nd to take on the Knights for their second conference match on the year.
