On Saturday, the Falcons scored early and often as they built a 10-0 lead after four innings on their way to a 11-2 win. Sophomores Alex Schroeder and Troy Shields each hit 3-run home runs and freshman Trey Furrey had a 2-run double to power the offense. Sophomore lefty Trevor Johnson earned the win, allowing just one earned run on three hits over five innings. A trio of relievers (Diego Maldonado, Jackson Torsey, and Garrett Kellogg-Clark) blanked the Roadrunners without a hit over the final four innings.
