The West Valley softball team opened the 2020 season loudly with a 14-5 six-inning win at Chabot Tuesday afternoon.

The Vikings (1-0) were paced by Hunter Miramontes, who was 4-5 with a homer and four RBI. Kianna Lum started her Viking career with a 3-4, four-RBI outing. Cayla Williams picked up the win in the circle.

West Valley travels to Taft (0-0) Friday (1/31). First pitch is 2:00
