WILMINGTON, Calif. - El Camino College defeated LA Harbor 62-46 on Friday evening at LA Harbor College.
The Warriors (7-12, 2-0) won their second game to start conference play.
The Warriors shot 38.8% (26-for-67) from the field. LA Harbor shot 40% (20-for-50) from the field. Alexia Mason led the Warriors in scoring. Mason had 17 points on 7-for-11 shooting along with seven rebounds, six assists, and three steals. Kourtnie Smith had 10 points off the bench along with seven rebounds, four assists, two steals, and one block.
Rohyn Huss led the Seahawks with 17 points.
The Warriors led 29-22 at halftime. They outscored the Seahawks 33 points-to-24 points in the second half.
