Santa Rosa tops Falcon women, 5-4

The FLC women's tennis team had a golden opportunity to win their first Big 8 match of 2019 on Friday afternoon, but couldn't get the elusive win as Santa Rosa scored a 5-4 victory at the Falcon Tennis Complex.  The shorthanded Bear Cubs - just four players - had to forfeit three matches (one doubles, two singles) but still pulled off the win by winning five of the six they played.  The lone Falcon winner was Alora Gardiner, who won at #4 singles 6-3, 1-6, 6-1.
