OHLONE DOUBLES ITS PLEASURE IN GAME 1 ROMP OVER FRESNO

The Ohlone College baseball team socked six doubles in an 18-6 win over visiting Fresno City in Game 1 of the CCCAA Super Regional on Thursday. 

Justin Clark, Brett Tressen, Zach Patterson, Max Heverly, Brad Norton, and Luke O'Brien all had doubles. 

Nick Hurst belted his first career home run.

Patterson and Clark each had three hits from the cleanup and leadoff spots. Third baseman Dalton Vanhille and catcher Cody Nisbett both had three RBIs.

Tyler Stultz got his ninth pitching win of the season, allowing two runs over 6.0 innings with five strikeouts.

Zac Heinz and Stas Kuntz  combined to throw 2.1 innings of scoreless relief pitching.
