Men's Tennis Earns Second Win of the Season, In an 8-1 Defeat Over Mt. SAC

TORRANCE, Calif. - Men's tennis (2-10) earned their second victory of the season with an 8-1 win over Mt. San Antonio College (1-8) on Thursday afternoon.

In the only doubles match of the day, Louis Tanada and Chris Gordon defeated Matthew Wu and Russell Hao 8-2. The Warriors took the final two matches due to Mountie forfeit.

The Warriors won five of the six singles matches, three of which were also Mountie forfeits. On court 1, Kyle Ou won his matches 6-0, 6-3 while Louis Tanada also defeated his opponent (6-1, 6-2). In the third singles match of the day, Daniel Fisher fought against Russell Hao who successfully finished both matches 6-0, 6-0.

Next up, the Warriors travel to Cerritos College for a doubleheader matchup on Thursday, March 30th at 2pm.
