HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA- Cypress beach volleyball (4-2, 1-0 OEC) traveled to the Newland Courts in Huntington Beach to take on the Fullerton Hornets (3-2, 0-1 OEC). The Chargers came out victorious as they won the match 3-2. 

The Chargers and Hornets dueled it out on Friday afternoon, but Cypress was able to take down the one and two matchups. Tainea Allen and Jordon Wilson's match went back and forth until the third set in which they dominated 15-5. Amanda Risch and Kaelie Tulette squeaked out both sets, 21-17 and 21-18, to win their match.

UP NEXT: Cypress will play at the Pearce Sports Complex against Riverside City on Friday, March 18th. The match will begin at 11am.
