The Hornets welcomed El Camino College to campus on Tuesday for a non-conference game and outpaced the Warriors 2-1.
Fullerton scored the game's first goal in the 42nd minute on a shot by Izabelle Garcia. Megan Nickerson fed Garcia the ball who knocked the ball into the back of the net with a sliding kick.
In the 68th minute, El Camino tied the game up when Meila Bissoondial scored (assist by Alex Carazo).
Ashley Bautista kicked in the game winner in the 76th minute on a solo mid-field shot from 30-yards out that salied over the goal keeper's head.
FC goalie Cindy Suarez had a busy day with a goal aganst with 6 saves.
Up Next: Fullerton (2-0-1 overall) will host Rio Hondo College for another non-conference game this Friday, September 17th at 3:00 pm.
