SAN DIEGO – In a season full of impressive performances on the sand, Madison Bogle and Alana Embry of the Grossmont College beach volleyball team has been named the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference Duo of the Year. 

Bogle and Embry were ranked as the top 2-year duo in the Nation this season, as they dominated the competition with their impressive skills and teamwork. The duo consistently delivered clutch performances throughout the season, helping the Griffins to a PCAC second-place finish and a spot in the CCCAA championship tournament. 

Bogle and Embry, both sophomores, have been playing together for two seasons, and their chemistry on the court is undeniable. They complement each other's strengths perfectly, with Bogle's powerful serves and Embry's superb defense making them a formidable pair. 

Their impressive performances did not go unnoticed by the conference coaches, who selected them as the top duo in the league. In addition to being named Conference Duo of the Year, Bogle and Embry were also named to the All-Conference First Team.  Joining the duo on the All-PCAC list were Kortney Hitt and her partner Lauren Dumo, Chelsea Trendler and Hannah Werner, along with Rylee Suggett and Aly Guise 

Bogle and Embry's success is a testament to the hard work and dedication they have put in on and off the court. They are both exceptional athletes who have worked tirelessly to improve their skills and become the best beach volleyball players they can be. 

Their success also reflects the strength of Griffins Beach's volleyball program, which has consistently produced top-notch athletes and successful teams. 

As Bogle and Embry head into the State championship tournament, they will undoubtedly be a force to be reckoned with. Their skill, teamwork, and determination make them a formidable opponent for any team they may face.
