Falcon women defeat Shasta in Big 8 playoffs

The FLC women's tennis team kept their team playoff hopes alive with a win 6-3 win over Shasta College on Tuesday afternoon at FLC.  The Falcons swept the three doubles matches, then won three of the six singles to advance to play Diablo Valley on Thursday afternoon for fifth place in the Big 8 Conference.  Mallory Snarr, Kelly Bruner, and Gabby Burton were all winners in both doubles and singles as the Falcons defeated the Knights for the second time in less than a week.
